TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Parties

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between www.likeysocial.com ("we", "us", or the "Site") and any person or entity ("User", "you", or "your") accessing or using our Services.
By accessing the Site, registering with the Site, or using any Service provided by LikeySocial.com, you agree to be bound by all terms and provisions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must refrain from accessing the Site or using the Services.

2. Purpose and Scope

This Agreement governs the general terms and conditions of use of the Site and the Services offered. It covers the following:

  • The rights and obligations of Users,
  • The rights and obligations of LikeySocial.com,
  • Rules regarding payment, refunds, cancellations, and risks,
  • Limitations of liability and disclaimers,
  • Applicable law and dispute resolution procedures.

3. Description of Services

LikeySocial.com provides digital and online-based engagement services related to social media platforms. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Followers,
  • Likes,
  • Views,
  • Comments,
  • Engagement and other indicators related to interaction.

Important Notices:

  1. Unless otherwise stated, all Services are paid services.
  2. The Services are provided as is and may be subject to delays or technical interruptions.
  3. The Services may not be permanent. Social media platforms frequently adjust, reverse, or remove engagement counts (such as followers, likes, views, etc.). Such actions are beyond our control.
  4. LikeySocial.com has no affiliation with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Twitch, Spotify, Apple, Google, or any other social media network.

4. User Responsibilities and Obligations

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. You will provide only accurate, complete, and lawful information.
  3. You will not misuse the Services, including but not limited to:
    • Placing false or misleading orders,
    • Using the Services for unlawful purposes,
    • Attempting to damage the Site’s infrastructure (for example, by uploading malware or harmful code).
  4. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the accounts or data of other Users.
  5. You will keep your account information secure and will not share it with third parties.
  6. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services does not violate any local, state, federal, or international law.

5. Restrictions by Jurisdiction

  • Users located in jurisdictions where the purchase or sale of social signals (such as followers, likes, or views) is prohibited may not use our Services.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that your use of our Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • LikeySocial.com disclaims all liability if your use violates any applicable law.

6. Rights of LikeySocial.com

We reserve the following rights at our sole discretion:
  1. To modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice.
  2. To refuse, cancel, or withdraw orders for any reason.
  3. To terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
  4. To share User data with government authorities if legally required.
  5. To update or amend these Terms at any time, effective upon publication.

7. Payment and Security

  • All payments must be made in full before the Services are delivered.
  • Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (SSL). We do not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers.
  • By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder of the payment method used.
  • Fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment reversals shall result in account termination, withdrawal of services, and possible legal action.

8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of placed orders cannot be guaranteed. If the order has not yet started, cancellation may be possible at our discretion.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Completed or partially completed orders are non-refundable.
    • Refunds shall apply only to orders that have not yet started or have not been processed at all.
    • No refunds shall be issued for free credits, bonus services, or promotions.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the date of purchase.
    • Exception: If LikeySocial.com fails to deliver the order within 14 days (or longer for larger packages), the User may request a refund. Except for this delivery failure, no order shall be refunded after purchase under any circumstances.
  • Service Limitations:
    • No guarantee is given for permanent results.
    • Drops in engagement (followers, likes, views) are possible. Compensation or refills shall only be provided if offered by the supplier.
  • Disputes: Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with a payment processor, Users must first contact our support team. Failure to do so may result in termination of the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We make no express or implied warranties regarding:
    • The continuity, reliability, or accuracy of the Services,
    • Fitness for a particular purpose,
    • Non-infringement of third-party rights.
  • We accept no liability if your social media account is banned, restricted, or terminated as a result of your use of our Services.
  • You acknowledge and accept full responsibility that the use of artificial social metrics may be considered a deceptive practice under applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

LikeySocial.com, its affiliates, employees, or partners shall in no event be liable for the following:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities,
  • Account bans or suspensions imposed by social media platforms,
  • Legal or regulatory actions taken against the User,
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, trademarks, service marks, software, designs, and logos on LikeySocial.com are owned by us or our licensors.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or use any Site materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Personal data shall not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
  • Payment information is not stored. Transactions are carried out securely by third-party processors.

13. Service Limitations and User Risk

  • The Services require your account/profile to remain public throughout the delivery process. Private accounts may cause the Services to fail, and no refund shall be made.
  • We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, likes, or views.
  • Social media platforms frequently remove or reduce engagement. We are not responsible for such actions.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LikeySocial.com, its affiliates, employees, partners, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services,
  • Your breach of these Terms,
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

15. Termination of the Agreement

  • LikeySocial.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
  • Termination may occur without prior notice.
  • In the event of termination, you must immediately cease using the Site and the Services.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which LikeySocial.com operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.

17. Updates to the Terms

LikeySocial.com may revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version shall become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
